Without Modern Furniture USA’s permission, the arrangement of the Site Content, which includes but is not limited to, Modern Furniture USA’s logo, product images and names, text, downloadable files and other materials, are exclusive property of Modern Furniture USA and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, downloaded, uploaded or transmitted by any means to a carrier or platform outside the Modern Furniture USA site.
Information Posted on the Site
Modern Furniture USA has made every effort to display the materials, including, without limitation, product images, specifications, dimensions, availability and services as accurately as possible. However, the materials may contain typographical errors and technical inaccuracies and Modern Furniture USA reserves the right to make changes or correct errors without prior notice and without incurring any obligations to you. Modern Furniture USA is not responsible and shall not be liable to you or anyone else for reliance upon the product information contained on the site. All photos on Modern Furniture USA website are for design reference only. All products available for purchase and their details are indicated on the respective product page on our website. We describe the product as accurately as possible and give our best effort to provide you with the best images. We, however, cannot guarantee that colors and details in website images are a 100% accurate representation of the actual product. We suggest you to view our collection in person where we have a wide selection of our products available for you to see and try, as well as fabric and leather samples for you to examine. The dimensions indicated are measured at the furthest two points of the product’s width, depth and height, and in some cases we allow a reasonable margin of difference.
Stock Availability
The Modern Furniture USA website features products that have been carefully selected for purchase. Once a product has been sold out, we will disable the add to cart option for it at the earliest opportunity and it may not be available again. As there is the possibility of delay between the placement of your order and the time when the order is accepted, the stock of the particular product may change. If by any means the product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your order, then Modern Furniture USA shall not be liable to you for not being able to provide that product. If the following situation occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and if you are willing to wait, we can customize a new one for you.
Pricing, Currencies, Payment and Payment Methods
At Modern Furniture USA, we display prices in a default currency. The prices displayed do not include delivery charge. We accept payment for orders by various major payment methods. Please note all transactions will be made in the default currency. Whilst we try to ensure that all the prices in Modern Furniture USA online shop are accurate, there is a possibility that errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of re‑confirming your order with the correct price or canceling your order. However, if we are unable to contact you using the contact details you have provided during the order process, we will treat your order as canceled and notify you. If you decide to cancel your order after we informed you of a pricing error but we already accepted the payment for your order, we will give you a full refund as soon as reasonably possible.
Promotion Codes
To use the promotion code on the Modern Furniture USA website, simply enter the code in the voucher box at the checkout and click update before paying so that the offer is applied. Please be aware of the following Terms & Conditions when applying a code.

- Each code applies only to qualifying items.

- A valid code must be entered at the checkout page in order to redeem a voucher, discount or offer.
- All codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

Large Volume Purchases
Our online prices are for retail purchases. If you are interested in large volume purchases, please do not hesitate and contact Modern Furniture USA for quotation.
Order Confirmation
When an order has been placed, an automated confirmation will be sent to you acknowledging that we have received it. Shortly after the automated confirmation, a representative from the Modern Furniture USA sales team will contact you to confirm your order and payment or any problems taking payment from the payment method or account details you provide during the checkout process. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a shipment notification with an estimated delivery date and carrier and tracking detail if applicable. If the order is placed in our showroom, when the order is ready and has been inspected our staff will contact you to set up the delivery date.
Lead Time
The lead time for customized or out‑of‑stock product indicated on the website or on your invoice is an estimate. Modern Furniture USA will try the best to meet the estimated delivery date. By making a purchase you agree and accept that the order can be ready sooner or later than the stated lead time, and Modern Furniture USA shall not be liable or be in breach of its obligations.
Furniture Storage Service
At Modern Furniture USA, we agree to provide a free storage service for a maximum period from the date the furniture is ready. For any storage period extension afterwards, we have the right to charge a storage fee. Storage fee payment must be settled before delivery. This special arrangement is subject to the space of our warehouse and there is no guarantee we can store your furniture beyond the initial storage period.
Shipping & Delivery
At Modern Furniture USA, we want to provide our customers with the best service available. We kindly remind you to notify us in advance in the comment box when checking out or during your purchase in our showrooms. By any means, if you forgot to mention it, do contact us along with your order number and we will help you accommodate. If you have any hesitation of your furniture not fitting the elevator and/or staircase, please provide us with photos of the elevator and/or staircase and indicate the width and height, distance between the door and the wall, and if there are any obstructions upon entering the elevator and/or staircase such as a fire hose and hand rail that might inhibit the turning radius. Charges may be applied when items need to be carried up or down over steps inside and/or outside your premise and/or over a walking distance from the nearest legitimate parking or loading area. Under certain circumstances if your furniture does not fit into the staircase, the customer is responsible for the handling cost of returning the items to Modern Furniture USA’s warehouse. If there is a need to reschedule, please contact us within a reasonable period prior to the communicated delivery date, otherwise an additional delivery charge may apply. In case no one is at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we cannot leave the items at the door, and we will charge you an amount equivalent to your order’s original delivery cost or more in case of storage.
International Shipping & Delivery
At Modern Furniture USA, we also offer delivery to various international locations. As this will be on a case‑by‑case basis, please reach out to a member of our Modern Furniture USA team for more information and quotation.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Please be advised that customer pick‑ups from our warehouse are not available. Full payment of delivery charges and any additional charges, which include but are not limited to applicable fees, are required prior to delivery. Modern Furniture USA shall always contract a variety of professional carriers to deliver the products within the delivery term. Delivery dates communicated in or acknowledged by Modern Furniture USA are approximate dates. We will try the best to meet the estimated delivery date. Modern Furniture USA shall not be liable or be in breach of its obligations, when delivery is made sooner or later than the communicated date. If you ordered multiple items, we will gather them to be delivered together to you. However, in case of some items ready before others and you choose to deliver the ready items first, there will be a separate delivery charge for the items that will be delivered later. Modern Furniture USA reserves the right to postpone any delivery in the case of production problems affecting the quantity of goods or the quality of goods produced. In case of any complications with your delivery, Modern Furniture USA will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will keep you informed of the development of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement. In case of any comments and complaints about our delivery service, you are welcome to notify us and we will take them into account to better serve you on your next order.
Exchange Policy
We suggest you inspect the item(s) upon delivery. It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you are always delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event your item(s) of purchase arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us right away and one of our customer service representatives will assist you to resolve the issue. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item. We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the delivery to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our customer service representatives. You may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so. Once the damage has been assessed and approved by Modern Furniture USA, our customer service representative will contact you to proceed with the return process. Item(s) must be returned in original packaging. If you have had your item(s) assembled and packaging materials removed, unfortunately we cannot accept a return. In the rare case of a refund, the delivery fee associated with the order will not be refunded.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders are not subject to change or cancellation by the customer other than with the prior written consent of Modern Furniture USA once a payment has been made. In case of any disputes, Modern Furniture USA reserves the right of final decision.
